You have questions; our job is to give clear, straightforward answers so you can decide if OsteoStrong is right for you.
What is OsteoStrong?
OsteoStrong is a membership-based health and wellness center focused on osteogenic loading. Each weekly session uses specialized Spectrum devices to expose your body to high-impact–style forces in a controlled, coach-guided way. You stay in your regular clothes, sessions take about 10 minutes, and your results are tracked by the system after each visit.
Is OsteoStrong safe?
Sessions are designed to be coach-supervised and controlled. You are guided into safe positions on each device, and you only push or press to your comfort level. Many members choose OsteoStrong because they want a structured alternative to unsupervised high-impact exercise. As with any program, always speak with your healthcare provider about what is appropriate for you.
How often do I come to OsteoStrong?
Most members come once per week for a single 10-minute session on the Spectrum circuit, plus optional recovery tools like HydroMassage or PureWave PEMF mat. Research behind osteogenic loading supports this once-weekly schedule so your body has time between sessions.
How long is each session?
Your regular weekly visits typically take about 10 minutes on the Spectrum devices, plus a few extra minutes if you choose to use recovery modalities. Your first Free Discovery Session is scheduled for about 60 minutes so you have time for a tour, questions, and a guided trial run.
What happens during the Free Discovery Session?
You will meet with a coach, learn how osteogenic loading works, see a demonstration of the equipment, and—if you are comfortable—try the Spectrum circuit and VibePlate™ at your own pace. You will also see your data and can ask questions about membership at OsteoStrong Fort Lauderdale or OsteoStrong Aventura. There is no obligation to join.
Where are you located?
We currently operate two centers: OsteoStrong Fort Lauderdale in the Rio Vista area and OsteoStrong Aventura in coastal North Miami-Dade. Both locations follow the same protocol and technology. You can book your Free Discovery Session at whichever center is most convenient for you.
Does insurance cover OsteoStrong?
Traditional health insurance in the United States does not typically cover OsteoStrong sessions. Some members are able to use Medical Savings Accounts or similar plans. Our team can walk you through session pricing during your Discovery Session so you can compare it to your existing wellness and fitness investments.

This helps members to get the most out of their Spectrum circuit. After a session, VibePlate™ enhances the benefits of osteogenic loading on balance.
JOOVV RED LIGHT THERAPY
Stimulate healing and improve bone health with red light therapy.
Red light therapy is a simple, non-invasive treatment that delivers red and near-infrared light to a person’s skin and cells. A red light therapy home device like a Joovv uses LEDs to shine red and near-infrared light on your body during a treatment session.
A class II medical device, Joovv delivers red and near-infrared wavelengths directly to the body using medical-grade LEDs. These wavelengths trigger a chemical reaction in the cells’ mitochondria that, in turn, boosts ATP energy and enhances cell triggering.
